Goldman Sachs issued a research report stating that TECHTRONIC IND (00669) is projected to achieve 2025 revenue, operating profit, and net profit of $15.26 billion, $1.325 billion, and $1.198 billion, representing year-on-year growth of 4%, 6%, and 7%, respectively, largely in line with expectations. For the same period, gross margin, operating profit margin, and net profit margin are forecast at 41.2%, 8.7%, and 7.9%, with the second-half gross margin of 42.2% being particularly strong. The firm now anticipates a compound annual growth rate for revenue and earnings per share of 9% and 14%, respectively, from 2026 to 2030. The price target has been raised by 14% from the previous HK$112.30 to HK$128.20, with a "Buy" rating maintained. Management indicated that the end-market mix for the Milwaukee business includes a 15% exposure to data centers. Goldman Sachs expects the Milwaukee business growth to meet or slightly exceed management's guidance of 10% to 12%, supported by robust capital expenditure from U.S. cloud service providers. Meanwhile, the Ryobi (DIY) business is expected to see slow growth, as housing-related factors remain largely flat.
