CG SERVICES Declares RMB 0.418 Special Dividend for FY2025 with Optional Scrip Alternative

Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (CG SERVICES) has announced a special dividend of RMB 0.418 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to a filing dated 27 March 2026. Shareholders will vote on the payout at the annual general meeting scheduled for 29 May 2026.

The dividend will be offered with a cash default and an optional scrip alternative. The conversion price for scrip shares and the Hong Kong dollar equivalent of the cash dividend will be confirmed in a subsequent notice. Eligible investors may opt for a partial or full scrip election; details on fractional entitlements and the first trading date of scrip shares will also be announced later.

The board signalled that if the company’s share count changes before the 11 June 2026 record date, the per-share dividend may be adjusted to ensure the aggregate of the final and special dividends remains at not less than 60% of the FY2025 core net profit attributable to shareholders—estimated at approximately RMB 1.51 billion.
