OSL Group (00863) announced that on January 29, 2026, the company, pursuant to the terms of the 2025 Share Award Scheme, granted a total of 5.4288 million incentive shares to 154 eligible participants, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
Furthermore, in accordance with the 2025 Share Award Scheme, the 5.4288 million incentive shares granted on January 28, 2026, have been terminated and are deemed void ab initio.
