On April 22, the Baoshan Financial Regulatory Sub-Office issued an approval, agreeing to Minsheng Bank's acquisition of Tengchong Minsheng Village Bank and the establishment of a Tengchong branch of Minsheng Bank. The new branch will assume all assets, liabilities, rights, and obligations of Tengchong Minsheng Village Bank. Concurrently, approval was granted for the commencement of operations at the Tengchong branch of Minsheng Bank.
