Time Interconnect Technology Limited disclosed a minor expansion of its share capital on 27 October 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Next Day Disclosure Return.

The company has allotted 272,000 new ordinary shares under a previously granted share award made on 24 July 2023 to an employee who is not a director. The new shares were issued at HKD 1.506 each, increasing the total issued share count (excluding treasury shares) from 2.24 billion to 2.24 billion—an incremental rise of 0.012%.

Following this transaction, Time Interconnect’s issued share capital stands at 2,237.41 million shares. The filing confirms there were no treasury shares, share repurchases, or on-market sales of treasury shares during the period.

The board affirmed that the issuance complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that full payment for the new shares has been received.
