According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 26, a shareholder of PACIFIC LEGEND (08547) transferred shares from Fosun International Securities to Hongya Capital. The transfer had a market value of HK$11.6126 million, representing 8.39% of the holdings.
PACIFIC LEGEND has announced the allotment and issuance of 296 million rights issue shares. These shares were issued on a non-underwritten basis pursuant to a rights issue that took place on May 5, 2026, based on the entitlement of one rights share for every two existing shares held as of the record date.
