Environmental Metrics • Total greenhouse-gas emissions reached 501.90 tonnes CO₂e, equivalent to 0.40 tonnes per employee. Scope 1 accounted for 40 tonnes, Scope 2 for 448 tonnes and Scope 3 for 14 tonnes. • Electricity consumption fell 155,195 kWh year-on-year to 640,216 kWh, an intensity of 511 kWh per employee. • No hazardous waste was generated; non-hazardous waste remains immaterial. • Resource-saving initiatives include LED lighting upgrades, power-saving modes on office equipment and stringent paper-reduction practices.

Climate Governance and Risk • A three-tier governance model—Board, ESG Working Group and Operational Management—oversees climate strategy. • Physical risks (typhoons, heatwaves) and transition risks (customer decarbonisation demands, tightening regulation) were mapped across short-, medium- and long-term horizons. • No climate-related risks or opportunities are expected to materially impact forthcoming financial statements; quantitative targets and internal carbon pricing have not yet been set.

Social Performance • Workforce totalled 1,253 employees (59% female); no work-related fatalities or injuries were reported for the third consecutive year. • Average training time reached 0.7 hours per employee, with 70% of staff receiving training; team leaders completed at least 30 hours of professional development. • Employee turnover stood at 139% in Kuala Lumpur and 43% in other locations; under-30 employees registered the highest churn at 169%. • Comprehensive benefits include performance-linked commissions, insurance, incentive trips and wellness initiatives.

Governance & Compliance • Zero cases of corruption, money laundering or terrorist-financing violations were recorded. • Supplier base comprised 74 vendors, 88% of which are Malaysia-based; due-diligence processes address labour, ethical and environmental standards. • Robust data-protection protocols feature zoned access, surveillance, encrypted data transfer and strict clean-desk rules to safeguard sensitive customer information.

Community Engagement • Funds were raised for Malaysian non-profit organisations to foster team spirit and social contribution; detailed donation figures were not disclosed.

BitStrat states it will continue to refine emission targets, expand Scope 3 accounting and integrate climate considerations into strategic planning as regulatory expectations evolve.
