China Lesso Group Holdings issued a clarification concerning its Sustainable Development Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, originally posted on 30 April 2026.
The company states that:
1. The unit for “Electricity Consumption” on page 60 should read “10,000 kWh” instead of “kWh”. 2. The 2024 figure for “Lubricating Oil” consumption in the Chinese version is amended to 98.83 tonnes from 98.88 tonnes.
Revised energy-use table (2023–2025): • Electricity consumption: 13.89 million, 13.59 million and 13.22 million 10,000 kWh for 2023, 2024 and 2025, respectively. • Green electricity purchases: 17.95 million kWh recorded in 2025; none in 2023–2024. • Natural gas: 55,706, 54,277 and 40,699 10,000 m³ for 2023, 2024 and 2025, respectively. • Diesel: 3,775.86, 3,813.43 and 3,346.06 tonnes for 2023–2025. • Gasoline: 3,098.24, 3,749.44 and 2,739.36 tonnes for 2023–2025. • Lubricating oil: 82.15, 98.83 and 65.43 tonnes for 2023–2025. • Steam and LPG consumption were first disclosed in 2025 at 7,175.10 tonnes and 768.46 tonnes, respectively.
All other information in both the Chinese and English versions of the Sustainable Development Report remains unchanged. The board, led by Company Secretary Kwan Chi Wai Samuel, confirms that the clarification should be read alongside the previously issued report.
