Deep News2025-12-31

According to a December 31st announcement from the Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, an expert panel jointly formed by the Department and the Hohhot Market Supervision and Administration conducted an on-site review from December 27th to 28th. The review focused on the address change following the laboratory upgrade and renovation of the Inner Mongolia Livestock Product Quality and Safety Center, aiming to effectively bolster the technical capacity for quality and safety inspection and testing of the region's agricultural and livestock products.

Following the assessment, the laboratory was confirmed to meet all relevant requirements, successfully passing the on-site review for the address change related to both the CMA (China Metrology Accreditation) and CATL (China Agricultural Testing Laboratory) certifications.

After the recent upgrades, the laboratory now boasts a 2,400-square-meter specialized inspection and testing platform, equipped with 209 advanced and sophisticated instruments. The relocation certification covers 259 inspection and testing parameters and 293 testing methods, providing multi-level, comprehensive technical support to effectively ensure the quality and safety of agricultural and livestock products.

Moving forward, the Center will leverage the laboratory upgrade as an opportunity to fully exert its technical leadership and supporting role. It will closely align with the demands of quality and safety supervision, continuously improve its management system, strengthen personnel training and technological innovation, and persistently enhance its testing capabilities and service efficiency. This will provide solid technical support for the "whole-chain" supervision of product quality and safety, thereby better facilitating the high-quality development of the region's agriculture and animal husbandry sector.
