The move follows the company's announcement that its controlling shareholder, Tsingtao Brewery Group, along with its concert parties, plans to boost market confidence and protect investor interests by purchasing company shares. Recognizing the company's long-term value and strategic future, the group intends to use its own funds to acquire both A-shares and H-shares of Tsingtao Brew via the Shanghai Stock Exchange's centralized bidding system and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's platform, starting July 24, 2026, over a six-month period. The total buyback amount is set at no less than RMB 150 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 300 million (inclusive), with the exact number of A-shares and H-shares purchased depending on actual execution.
