The accompanying image shows the night view of Keqiao's urban area, where the three industries are working in concert to drive steady and progressive economic growth. By industry, in the first three quarters, the district's primary industry added value was 3.020 billion yuan, up 4.4% year-on-year; the secondary industry added value was 92.060 billion yuan, up 7.2%; and the tertiary industry added value was 92.921 billion yuan, up 6.7%. The structure of the three industries was 1.6:49.0:49.4, with their contribution rates to economic growth at 1.1%, 51.0%, and 47.9% respectively, as the secondary and tertiary industries jointly supported the district's steady economic progress.
Among these, industry played a clear role as a ballast stone. In the first three quarters, the district's industrial added value grew 8.8% year-on-year, with above-scale industrial added value rising 11.7%. Modern services showed strong momentum, with above-scale service industry operating revenue in the first eight months increasing 28.7% year-on-year, 14.6 percentage points higher than the municipal average, and 8 of the 9 major industry categories achieving growth.
Industrial transformation is moving toward new and practical directions, with new growth drivers rapidly gaining momentum. Within industry, high-end manufacturing led growth, as added value in the new energy industry, high-tech manufacturing, and digital economy core manufacturing all achieved double-digit growth of 16.8%, 14.0%, and 12.0% respectively. New faces such as Zhongke Aerospace and Xingchen New Energy continued to ramp up production, serving as vivid evidence of the strong momentum in new growth drivers.
The investment structure is also shifting toward new and practical areas. Although fixed asset investment excluding real estate development investment grew only slightly year-on-year, manufacturing investment rose 13.5% and high-tech industry investment increased 8.1%, reflecting the positive results of the district's efforts to seize the window period of the Thousand Projects and Trillion Yuan initiative and focus on digital-intelligent integration and industrial upgrading, with the transition between old and new growth drivers trending positively.
The accompanying image shows the Harmonious Keqiao 2026 Lakeside Flower Sea Season, where livelihood support is strong and effective, and consumer demand is improving in tandem. In the first three quarters, per capita disposable income for all residents was 73,741 yuan, up 4.8% year-on-year. Among this, urban and rural residents' per capita disposable income was 78,321 yuan and 54,843 yuan respectively, with the absolute values of these three income figures ranking 3rd, 5th, and 1st in the province.
Steady income growth drove effective release of consumer demand.
