DRINDA (02865) surged more than 4%. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 2.61%, trading at HKD 25.2, with a turnover of HKD 68.9982 million. On the evening of January 14, DRINDA announced its intention to invest 30 million yuan in cash to subscribe for a capital increase of 461,539 yuan in Shanghai Star Wing Core Energy Technology Co., Ltd., thereby acquiring a 16.6667% equity stake in the target company. The target company and its subsidiaries, together with DRINDA and its subsidiaries, will establish a manufacturing joint venture for CPI film and CPI film combined with crystalline silicon battery products. The announcement stated that this equity cooperation aims to capitalize on the development opportunities in the global low-earth orbit (LEO) satellite network and space computing industries, facilitating the full utilization of both parties' core strengths in photovoltaic industrialization capabilities, perovskite technology expertise, adaptability to space scenarios, and integration of aerospace resources to achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefits.
