Galaxy Ent Keeps Share Count Steady at 4.38 Billion in March; Confirms Public-Float Compliance

Galaxy Entertainment Group Limited reported no change in its share capital for the month ended 31 March 2026. The number of issued ordinary shares remained at 4.38 billion, with no treasury shares recorded.

Minor adjustments were seen in employee incentives. Two tranches under legacy share-option schemes lapsed, reducing outstanding options by 46,667 units to 5.89 million. No options were exercised, so the company raised no capital during the period. A separate share-award scheme recorded 56,359 lapses and 449 vested awards, leaving 15.07 million awards outstanding; 15.02 million of these may still be issued.

Galaxy Ent confirmed that it meets the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent. No warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments were issued, and there were no share repurchases.
