Hong Kong Industrial Equipment Provider Monsoon Machinery Files for U.S. IPO Seeking $23 Million

High-precision manufacturing industrial equipment supplier Monsoon Machinery (Pacific Nexus IntelliTech Group, PNIG.US), headquartered in Hong Kong, China, submitted its IPO filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday. The company aims to raise up to $23 million through the initial public offering. It plans to issue 5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5 per share to secure the $23 million in funding.

Monsoon Machinery provides technology-driven manufacturing solutions for industrial clients, particularly in the automotive and electronics sectors. Its core business involves supplying high-precision CNC equipment sourced from third-party manufacturers and integrating these systems into customers' production lines. Beyond equipment trading, the company also offers services including system design, software integration, and manufacturing execution system deployment to support more automated and efficient production processes.

Established in 2015, the company reported revenue of $16 million for the 12-month period ending August 31, 2025. Monsoon Machinery intends to list on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol PNIG. Guotai Securities is acting as the exclusive book-running manager for the offering.
