On the morning of May 9th, a delegation led by Wang Libing, Vice Mayor of Tongjiang City in Heilongjiang Province, visited Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co.,Ltd. for an inspection and exchange. During the discussions, Han Guosheng, Deputy General Manager of Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co.,Ltd., introduced the company's development history, industrial layout, production operations, and its plans for the 15th and 16th Five-Year periods. He noted that Tongjiang City possesses distinct advantages in cross-border supply chain services and non-ferrous metals trade with Russia, expressing a hope for resource synergy between the two parties to jointly establish new cross-border logistics channels. Wang Libing provided a detailed overview of Tongjiang City's favorable geographical conditions, port advantages, industrial foundation, and business environment. He emphasized the pivotal role and development prospects of the "Bridgehead Economic Zone" of the China-Russia Heilongjiang Railway Bridge in areas such as cross-border freight, distribution hubs, and opening-up. He stated that Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co.,Ltd. has strong capabilities in non-ferrous metals smelting, processing, and mineral resource development, and expressed a desire for in-depth cooperation to jointly build a cross-border mining trade and logistics system. Prior to the meeting, Wang Libing and his delegation toured the electrolysis workshop at the Copper Company, the precious metals smelting division of Gansu Honglu Gold Company, the fine electromagnetic wire workshop at Changtong Company, and the information port of the comprehensive logistics park at the Railway Transport and Logistics Company. Relevant personnel from Tongjiang City and Baiyin Nonferrous Group Co.,Ltd. participated in the activities.
