Grown Up Group Publishes 2026 Interim Report, Invites Shareholders to Choose Digital or Printed Communications

Bulletin Express09-28

Grown Up Group Investment Holdings Limited issued a notification on 28 September 2026 confirming that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.grown-up.com) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to access the web version of the report and all future corporate communications. Those who have previously opted for printed documents will receive physical copies with the current mailing.

Investors preferring hard-copy materials—or encountering difficulties with email alerts or online access—may complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The form can be sent by post using the prepaid envelope or by email to 1842-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a functional email address. Until an active address is on file, the company will continue to send printed notices and actionable corporate communications. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).

The notification was issued by order of the Board and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Thomas Berg.
