The Chongqing Market Supervision Bureau has issued a public notice regarding the unsuccessful delivery of inspection results for the 7th batch of product quality supervision sampling in 2025.
In accordance with the *Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China* and the *Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Sampling* by the State Administration for Market Regulation, the bureau recently mailed relevant municipal-level supervision sampling results to the labeled production units via China Post (EMS).
However, some labeled production units (listed in the appendix) failed to receive the documents due to reasons such as incomplete addresses or refusal of acceptance. The results are now being publicly announced.
If the aforementioned production units dispute the inspection findings, they must submit a written objection to the bureau within 15 days of this notice’s publication. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the results, which will then be considered final.
