Yida China Sets 2 June 2026 AGM to Approve FY2025 Accounts, Board Changes and Auditor Mandate

Yida China Holdings Limited will convene its 2026 Annual General Meeting on 2 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Boardroom, Level 10, Yida Square, No. 93 Dongbei Road, Shahekou District, Dalian, Liaoning Province, PRC.

Key resolutions to be put to a shareholder vote include:

1. Financial Statements • Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 together with the directors’ and auditors’ reports.

2. Board Composition • Re-election of three directors: – Mr. Yuan Wensheng as Executive Director – Ms. Jiang Qian as Non-executive Director – Mr. Guo Shaomu as Independent Non-executive Director (noted for having served in this capacity for over nine years)

3. Directors’ Remuneration • Authorisation for the Board to fix directors’ remuneration.

4. Auditor Appointment • Re-appointment of Prism Hong Kong Limited as external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and authorisation for the Board to determine its remuneration.

Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote. Completed proxy forms, together with any relevant authority documents, must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Attendance and voting in person remain available to registered shareholders.
