GAPACK (00468) announced that due to other official commitments, Ms. Wang Ziting has requested to step down from her positions as executive director and chairman of the board, and will be reassigned as a non-executive director, effective September 10, 2025. Ms. Wang will continue to serve as a member of the company's remuneration committee and nomination committee. The board is pleased to further announce that Mr. Yuan Xunjun, executive director and chief executive officer of the company, has been appointed as chairman of the board, effective September 10, 2025.
