Seazen Holdings' Wang Xiaosong Attends Earnings Briefing: Company Achieves Positive Operating Cash Flow for 7 Consecutive Years

On the evening of October 30, Seazen Holdings Co.,Ltd. released its third-quarter report. The report shows that in the first three quarters, Seazen Holdings achieved operating revenue of 34.371 billion yuan, with net profit attributable to shareholders of 974 million yuan, maintaining a positive profitability trend. By the end of Q3, the company's net operating cash flow stood at 1.026 billion yuan, sustaining positive inflows for multiple consecutive years. The ample cash reserves further strengthened the company's operational fundamentals.

While pursuing steady progress in performance, Seazen Holdings continues to enhance credit management to ensure safe and stable debt structures. At the Q3 2025 earnings briefing on November 3, Chairman and President Wang Xiaosong stated that the company has achieved positive operating cash flow for seven consecutive years and aims to maintain this trend in 2025. He emphasized leveraging policy support to optimize financing structure, reduce financing costs, and ensure full repayment of public market maturities.

Notably, Seazen Holdings' commercial operations remain a strong revenue driver, supporting overall performance as a key growth engine. From January to September, commercial operations generated total revenue of approximately 10.511 billion yuan, up 10.82% year-on-year. Q3 commercial revenue reached 3.57 billion yuan, growing 9% year-on-year and maintaining steady growth momentum.

Wang Xiaosong added that the company will further refine mechanisms, enhance efficiency, and innovate operations based on in-depth management. By implementing the "Pentagon Operation Concept" of Wuyue Commercial Management, Seazen Holdings will continue creating asset returns for property owners, providing platforms for merchants, and delivering comfortable experiences for customers, upholding its commitment to human-centric commercial development.
