(abbreviated as “ENN Energy” for Hong Kong investors), executed a series of offsetting derivative transactions on 12 June 2026.

Key transaction details • Instrument: “Other types of products” linked to A-shares of ENN Natural Gas. • Activity: Unsolicited client-facilitation purchases and matching sales. • Volume: 11,100 reference shares bought and an identical 11,100 shares sold. • Notional consideration: RMB202,977.93 for both the purchase and sale legs, implying no net cash outflow or inflow. • Reference prices: RMB18.2853–18.3400 per share. • Maturity / closing-out dates: 30 September 2026, 31 August 2027 and 30 November 2027. • Resultant position: Zero exposure to ENN Natural Gas shares.

Corporate context The dealings form part of the mandatory reporting requirements during ENN Natural Gas’s proposed privatisation by scheme of arrangement. Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC conducted the trades on its own account and is ultimately owned by Morgan Stanley.
