Global Strategic Group Limited (Stock Code: 8007) has released a proxy form announcing that its annual general meeting will be held on Friday, 27 February 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Meeting Room A, 4th Floor, LiJing Hotel, No. 356, Xinqu Avenue, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

The agenda includes the review of audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2025, reports of the directors and auditors, and the re-election of six directors: Mr. Wu Guoming and Mr. Wu Chunyao as executive directors; Ms. Chung Pei-Hsuan as non-executive director; and Mr. Tsung Ching Fung, Ms. Chak Wai Nga, and Mr. Wong Shun Ching as independent non-executive directors. Authorization to fix directors’ remuneration is also proposed. RSM Hong Kong is nominated for re-appointment as auditors, with the board empowered to decide on its remuneration.

Shareholders will consider granting general mandates for issuing and repurchasing shares, as well as a proposal to extend the primary share issuance mandate by adding the volume of shares repurchased under a separate repurchase mandate. Shareholders wishing to vote by proxy are encouraged to submit the required documents by the specified deadline for validity.
