The prospectus submitted by the company on January 2, 2026, has now lapsed, having reached the six-month validity period on July 2, 2026. China Securities served as the sole sponsor for the proposed listing.
According to the previously filed document, the firm positions itself as one of the very few global lithium battery platform enterprises with leading positions across multiple sectors, including consumer batteries, power batteries, and energy storage batteries, capable of serving a wide range of socio-economic applications.
