HESAI-W (02525) announced that, effective December 24, 2025, Dr. Chen Jie has resigned as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination & Corporate Governance Committee. Concurrently, Dr. Wang Hui has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will serve on the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination & Corporate Governance Committee.
