Driven by recent developments involving the United States and Iran, among other factors, international crude oil futures saw a significant surge on the 29th, with both New York crude oil futures and London Brent crude oil futures climbing over 7% intraday.
A fuel price adjustment for domestic refined oil products is scheduled for 24:00 on July 31st. According to the domestic refined oil product price adjustment cycle, the 15th window for price changes will open at midnight tonight (July 31).
The latest calculations indicate that gasoline and diesel prices will increase by 700 yuan per tonne and 675 yuan per tonne, respectively. Based on these figures, the estimated retail price increases are as follows: 92-octane gasoline is expected to rise by 0.56 yuan per liter; 95-octane gasoline by 0.60 yuan per liter; and 0-diesel by 0.58 yuan per liter.
According to reports from Chao News, following this round of price adjustments, it is almost certain that 95-octane gasoline will surpass the 8 yuan per liter mark, while 92-octane gasoline will also approach this threshold.
