On May 21st, Shanghai Electric's Bayannur base successfully completed the batch delivery of its X3 wind turbine units, marking a significant advancement for Bayannur's new energy high-end intelligent manufacturing industry.
Within the production workshops of Shanghai Electric's Bayannur Zero-Carbon Industrial Park, equipment operates in an orderly fashion and production lines are running at full capacity. Brand-new large-scale intelligent wind turbines are neatly displayed, presenting a scene of bustling and productive activity.
These wind turbine units are all independently developed doubly-fed models, with design and manufacturing capabilities reaching internationally leading levels. The technical approach is well-suited for the production of large-scale wind turbines, offering significant advantages including high power generation efficiency, strong operational reliability, and the ability to adapt to complex wind conditions, resulting in outstanding comprehensive competitive advantages.
It is reported that the Shanghai Electric Bayannur Zero-Carbon Industrial Park represents a total investment of approximately 2.1 billion yuan, covering an area of 56,000 square meters. It primarily assembles large-scale intelligent wind turbines ranging from 6.25 to 10 megawatts and above. The project's designed maximum production capacity can reach 200 units, with an estimated output value of 3 to 4 billion yuan by 2026. Upon reaching full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 10 billion yuan.
The successful delivery of this batch of X3 units represents a fruitful achievement from the collaborative efforts between the government and the enterprise, supporting the local green transition. Currently, the base's annual production schedule is fully booked. The products will serve multiple surrounding wind power projects, providing robust equipment support for the large-scale development of regional new energy.
