Hong Kong Land Department Issues Four Pre-Sale Consents for 1,356 Residential Units in May

The Hong Kong Lands Department has disclosed that it issued four consents for the pre-sale of uncompleted residential units in May, covering a total of 1,356 residential units.

The approved pre-sale projects are primarily located in the New Territories and Kowloon. Among them, a project by HENDERSON LAND in Fanling involves 682 units. The other two projects, located on Bailey Street in Kowloon and part of the Urban Renewal Authority's redevelopment plan, involve 384 and 264 units respectively.

Furthermore, in May, the Lands Department received one new application for pre-sale consent concerning residential units. This application, for a development project in Sai Sha Wan by SHK PPT, involves 522 units.

As of the end of May, there were 28 projects pending approval for pre-sale consent, representing a total of 9,786 residential units.
