InnoCare Pharma Limited (InnoCare) has disclosed a forthcoming change in its senior corporate governance roles.

Ms. Lee Angel Pui Shan has tendered her resignation as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Process Agent under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance. Her duties will conclude on 25 March 2026. According to the filing, Ms. Lee confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Effective the same date, Ms. Lin Sio Ngo will assume all three positions. Ms. Lin, currently a manager at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial and administrative management. She has been an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute since 2004, and holds both a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in corporate governance.

The Board expressed its gratitude to Ms. Lee for her service and welcomed Ms. Lin to her new roles.
