The 2026 KE Holdings Family Gratitude Honor Ceremony was recently held at the Beijing Hotel, where 1,600 outstanding real estate brokers received honorary spots and were invited to bring their families to Beijing to witness professional honors and share reunion moments together.

The event centered on "professional honor" and "family gratitude," paying tribute to outstanding real estate brokers who have long stood on the front lines through honor recognition, inspirational story sharing, and family interaction, while also expressing thanks to the families who silently support them.

It is understood that the 1,600 brokers attending this Family Gratitude event came from 76 cities across the country. For real estate brokers, weekends and holidays are often their busiest working times. They help many families find their ideal homes, yet always end phone calls with family with a hurried "Everything's fine, don't worry!"

The Family Gratitude event is not only recognition of outstanding brokers' professional achievements, but also the platform's way of expressing gratitude to the families who have long understood and supported them, allowing every striver and their family to feel the warmth of KE Holdings' "big family."

This Family Gratitude event was held at the Beijing Hotel. Built in 1900, the Beijing Hotel has witnessed Beijing's urban changes over more than a century and carries memories of many important moments. On October 1, 1949, the "First Banquet of the Founding of New China" was held here. As time flows on, this century-old hotel welcomed a grand ceremony belonging to strivers and their families, adding a special commemorative significance to this gratitude initiative that has spanned nearly 20 years.

The event site featured a glory corridor, displays of honor medals from previous editions, and interactive photo areas, creating a strong atmosphere of honor.

Li Fengyan, Chief Operating Officer of KE Holdings Brokerage Business Line and KE Holdings City, stated that each of the 1,600 award-winning brokers at this year's Family Gratitude event is exceptionally outstanding, and their achievements would not have been possible without their families' long-term understanding and support. Speaking about the purpose of the event, he mentioned that the real estate brokerage industry has a special work rhythm — "when clients are free, we are busy" — and brokers have relatively limited time to spend with their families. "I hope everyone can take this opportunity to spend more time with family, take them around Beijing to walk and see, and leave behind beautiful memories."

At the event, six outstanding broker representatives from cities including Nantong and Dalian shared their inspirational stories. Among them was a broker who restarted their career at age 57 and continuously learns professional knowledge, and a partner who, with family support, left a company where they had worked for 12 years to make a cross-industry transition into real estate brokerage. Some chose to persevere when facing career challenges, while others earned client trust through repeated service. These stories showcase the real career growth journey of real estate brokers and reveal that behind every achievement and honor lies personal effort, client recognition, and family support.

To date, the Family Gratitude event has spanned nearly 20 years, with at least 12 editions held cumulatively, inviting over 34,000 outstanding brokers and their family members to share in professional honors.

In 2007, Lianjia held the first Family Gratitude event, inviting 108 outstanding brokers to participate, establishing the tradition of honoring outstanding brokers with professional recognition and giving back to family support with gratitude.

In 2012, responding to the expectations of brokers, the event was first held at the Great Hall of the People, where 650 Lianjia brokers and their families — 1,950 people in total — attended the honor banquet. Subsequently, Family Gratitude was held at the Great Hall of the People for multiple consecutive years, with participation scale continuously expanding. In 2019, the event covered 176 BeiLian brands, with 2,004 outstanding brokers and their families participating together.

In 2024, the Family Gratitude event was relaunched, with 3,360 brokers and family members gathering at the Beijing National Convention Center; in 2025, the event moved to Sanya.

From the initial 108 participants to now covering 76 cities nationwide, over nearly 20 years, the scale and format of Family Gratitude have continuously evolved, but the original intention of honoring outstanding brokers and thanking families for their understanding and support has never changed.

As an enterprise deeply engaged in the residential services sector, KE Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BEKE) always upholds the brand mission of "making home better," focusing not only on consumers' housing needs but also on service providers' career growth and family happiness. The Family Gratitude event combines professional honor with family gratitude, allowing outstanding brokers' efforts to be seen and enabling the families who have long supported them to share in this honor. The focus on "home" is reflected not only in residential services provided to thousands of households but also extends to care for every service provider and their family.
