Chuangxin Industries Holdings Limited (stock code: 02788) has established an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee, effective 17 March 2026, to support the Group’s pursuit of high-quality development and reinforce its long-term competitiveness and sustainability.\n\nThe newly formed ESG Committee will drive research, oversight and strategic recommendations on key ESG matters, including long-term development goals, risk management and major decision-making. The committee consists of four members: Executive Director Mr. Cao Yong, who will serve as chairman; Executive Director Mr. Zhang Jianxiang; senior management member Mr. Guo Wei; and Independent Non-executive Director Ms. Shen Lingyan.\n\nTo operationalise the committee’s directives, the Board has also set up an ESG Work Team. This cross-functional unit, staffed by professionals from across the Group and designated ESG representatives within subsidiaries, will coordinate risk identification, management, disclosure and decision support in line with the committee’s strategic framework.\n\nChuangxin Industries will publish the ESG Committee’s terms of reference and an updated list of directors and their roles on both the company’s website (www.innovationigi.com) and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s website.\n\nAs at the announcement date, the Board comprises eight directors, including Chairman and Non-executive Director Mr. Cui Lixin, four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
