CN INT DEV CORP (00264) announced that effective November 19, 2025, Ms. Han Yu has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to her need to dedicate more time to personal business engagements. Consequently, she will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee or as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Additionally, Mr. Chen Zengwu has stepped down as the company secretary and authorized representative. Ms. Chen Wanying has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative.
