SKB BIO: Gexin Liu Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 49.32%

On October 8, 2026, Gexin Liu sold 52,600 shares of SKB BIO on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 456.05 per share, involving about HKD 23.99 million, an on-exchange active trade directly in the secondary market. According to the supplementary information, the sale was conducted through his controlled entities (the KeLunBoTai employee shareholding platforms: KeLunHuiDe, KeLunHuiNeng, KeLunHuiZhi, and KeLunHuiCai), with the total disposal quantity not exceeding 10% of the day's trading volume.

Prior to the disposal, Gexin Liu's long position in SKB BIO was 87.26 million shares, representing 49.35%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 87.21 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 49.32%.
