ENN ENERGY: BlackRock Lifts Stake to 6.02% After Net Purchase of 0.12 Million Shares

Hong Kong, 19 May 2026—BlackRock, Inc. has disclosed additional dealings in ENN ENERGY shares amid the company’s proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement, according to a filing submitted under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

On 18 May 2026, BlackRock executed three separate purchases totalling 127,600 shares at prices ranging from $58.95 to $59.38 per share, and one sale of 3,400 shares at $58.95. The transactions resulted in a net acquisition of 124,200 shares (0.12 million).

Following the dealings, BlackRock’s aggregate holding rose to 68.16 million shares, representing 6.02 % of ENN ENERGY’s issued share capital. Under the Takeovers Code, BlackRock is classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company because of its shareholding in ENN ENERGY.

The disclosure was made in accordance with ongoing reporting obligations related to the privatisation process. No other terms of the scheme or additional financial details were provided in the filing.
