Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited (1651) published a notice announcing that an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on 23 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Hong Kong. According to the notice, the meeting will consider the proposed renewals of a set of three existing agreements with Tsugami Corporation, covering technology licensing, master sales, and master purchases, each extending to 31 March 2029.
The notice also states that shareholders will vote on the proposed annual cap amounts under each agreement for the three years ending 31 March 2027, 31 March 2028, and 31 March 2029. In addition, the meeting will address entering into a deed of amendment for the Technology Licence Agreement and a deed of amendment for the deed of non-competition dated 4 September 2017.
The register of members will be closed from 18 March 2026 to 23 March 2026. Shareholders on record by the close of business on 17 March 2026 will be eligible to attend and vote at the EGM.
