Rongta Tech shareholders endorse immediate removal of PwC and appoint HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng as new auditor

Rongta Technology (Xiamen) Group Co., Ltd. (“Rongta Tech”) announced that all resolutions put forward at the 24 August 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) were approved by poll.

Attendance and voting structure • Shareholders and proxies holding 75.63 million shares—representing 79.84 % of Rongta Tech’s 94.73 million issued shares—voted at the meeting. • Tricor Investor Services served as vote counter and scrutineer; all directors participated in person or electronically.

Key resolutions and results 1. Removal of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor – Votes in favour: 75.63 million (100 %) – Outcome: PwC’s mandate terminated with immediate effect after the EGM.

2. Appointment of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited as successor auditor until the next AGM – Votes in favour: 75.63 million (100 %) – The Board is authorised to determine remuneration and handle all related formalities.

No shares were subject to voting restrictions or abstentions, and there were no votes against either proposal. All resolutions were passed as ordinary resolutions under PRC Company Law and the company’s Articles of Association.
