ONEROBOTICS (06600) has announced that the group has acquired a 21.00% stake in the enlarged share capital of Huiling Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of RMB 241 million. The investment was made through the purchase of shares from existing shareholders and a capital injection. Huiling Technology, established in 2015, is a high-tech enterprise recognized as a national-level "Little Giant" specialist and innovator. It is a leading domestic provider of embodied intelligent robot hands and physical intelligence agent solutions. The company has built a full-stack technology system encompassing hardware products like robot hands and robotic arms, along with technologies for precise end-effector perception, automated auxiliary algorithms, and a real-machine reinforcement learning framework. Based on its system platform, it offers integrated physical intelligence agent solutions for clients in sectors such as life sciences, 3C, and new retail. According to certification from industry consultant CIC, Huiling Technology ranks first among domestic industrial robot hand companies based on projected full-year 2025 shipment volume. Embodied intelligence is increasingly becoming a core direction for the implementation of new-generation artificial intelligence technologies.
