StarPlus Legend posts unchanged share capital for May 2026; public float remains compliant

StarPlus Legend Holdings Limited reported no movement in its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 June 2026.

Authorised capital stood at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 50,000. The issued share count was steady at 951.74 million shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

Regarding equity incentives, 6.64 million options remained outstanding under the Pre-IPO Stock Incentive Plan adopted on 3 August 2020, with no exercises recorded during the month. The Post-IPO Share Option Scheme (approved on 19 June 2023) had no outstanding options but retains capacity for up to 80.00 million shares to be granted. No funds were raised from option exercises in May.

There were no new warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance arrangements, and the company did not conduct any share repurchases or cancellations during the period.

Director Lai Kwok Fai Franki certified that all disclosures were made in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
