Geekplus Repurchases 200,000 WVR B Shares; Treasury Stock Now at 18.40 Million

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (GEEKPLUS-W) disclosed that on 27 July 2026 it repurchased 200,000 WVR B shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 1.88 million. The transaction was executed at prices between HKD 9.28 and HKD 9.49 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 9.38.

Following the buyback, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.02 % to 1,005.75 million, while treasury shares increased to 18.40 million. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained at 1,024.15 million.

The repurchase was made under the general mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises Geekplus to buy back up to 102.42 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 18.40 million shares, representing 1.80 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 27 August 2026.
