On 31 July 2026, Sino Harbour Holdings Group Limited announced that its Annual Report 2025/26, shareholder circular, notice of meeting and proxy form are now available on both the company’s website (http://www.sinoharbour.com.hk) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders can access the documents under the “Investor Relations” section or request hard-copy versions at no cost via Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited.
In line with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, Sino Harbour has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Both English and Chinese versions will be provided online, while shareholders will receive publication notifications by email; postal notifications will be sent only if no functional email address is on record.
Shareholders may at any time alter their preferred mode (printed or electronic) and language (English, Chinese, or both) of receiving corporate materials by submitting a completed request form to the Hong Kong Share Registrar or by emailing srinfo.hk@boardroomlimited.com. If no valid email is supplied, investors must monitor the company and HKEX websites for updates, though actionable corporate communications—those requiring shareholder instructions—will continue to be dispatched in print.
