Smoore International Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 1.66 million ordinary shares on 2 November 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 8.36 to HKD 8.50, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 8.48 per share. Aggregate consideration for the day’s purchases totalled HKD 14.11 million.

Following the latest transaction, Smoore’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.03% to 6.18 billion shares, down from 6.18 billion as at 30 October 2026. Treasury shares on hand rose to 15.61 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 6.20 billion.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 619.56 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 15.61 million shares, equivalent to 0.25% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving considerable headroom for further activity.

Under Hong Kong listing regulations, Smoore is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares for 30 days following the buyback, setting a moratorium period that extends to 2 December 2026. The company affirmed that all repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement dated 24 April 2026.
