Board Reshuffle at Breton Sees New Executive and Independent Directors Appointed

The board of BRETON (ASX: 01333) has announced several changes to its composition.

Mr. Sun Kanghua has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company's second-term board, effective June 25, 2026, citing personal career planning reasons. Concurrently, he ceased to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules from May 26, 2026.

Mr. Chen Guomin has been appointed as an executive director of the second-term board. His term will commence on June 25, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the current board's tenure.

In a separate move, Mr. Yan Zhixiong has resigned from his roles as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee of the second-term board, effective June 25, 2026, as he intends to dedicate more time to other commitments.

Dr. Sun Tiemin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the second-term board and will also serve as a member of the audit committee. His appointment is also effective from June 25, 2026, and will run until the end of the second-term board's tenure.
