Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 38.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.00001 each.

Issued and Treasury Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) fell by 6.07 million to 3.12140 billion. • Treasury shares rose by 6.92 million to 33.44 million, taking total issued shares (including treasury) to 3.15484 billion. • The company repurchased 6.92 million shares on-market between 2 July and 21 July at prices ranging from HKD 3.95 to HKD 4.19, representing an estimated aggregate consideration of about HKD 27.99 million.
