According to the latest disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, JPMorgan Chase & Co. increased its shareholding in Xinyi Solar (00968) on August 31, acquiring 75,212,316 shares at an average price of HK$2.2589 per share, totalling approximately HK$170 million.
Following the transaction, JPMorgan's total shareholding in the company rose to approximately 550 million shares, representing a 6% ownership stake.
