MillerKnoll's stock surged 6.16% in post-market trading Wednesday after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter fiscal 2026 results. The office-furniture maker posted adjusted earnings of $0.43 per share, surpassing the FactSet consensus estimate of $0.41, while revenue of $955.2 million also exceeded expectations of $943.1 million.
Orders grew 5.5% year-over-year, driven by growth across all segments, including a record performance in retail during the Black Friday weekend. CEO Andi Owen attributed the strong results to disciplined execution of strategic priorities and improving industry trends.
The company provided an optimistic outlook for Q3, forecasting adjusted EPS of $0.42-$0.48 (vs. $0.41 estimate) and revenue of $923-$963 million (vs. $915.9 million estimate). MillerKnoll also expects previously announced pricing actions to offset incremental tariff costs in the coming quarter, further boosting investor confidence.
