Bank of Qingdao: Major Shareholder Guoxin Chanrong Increases H Stake, Ownership Change Exceeds 1%

On November 4, Bank of Qingdao (BQD) announced that its major shareholder Guoxin Chanrong Holdings increased its H-share holdings through the Stock Connect program on November 3, 2025. The purchase involved 49.9875 million shares, representing 0.86% of total shares, using self-owned funds.

Following this transaction, Guoxin Chanrong's stake rose from 739 million shares (12.69%) to 789 million shares (13.55%). Combined with its concerted parties, total holdings increased from 956 million shares (16.43%) to 1.006 billion shares (17.29%), marking a 1%+ change in ownership structure.
