ABC London Branch to List USD 300.00 Million Floating-Rate Notes Due 2029 on LSE’s ISM

Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) disclosed that its London Branch has issued USD 300.00 million floating-rate notes maturing in 2029 under the Bank’s USD 15.00 billion Medium Term Note Programme.

Application has been submitted for the notes to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s International Securities Market, with effectiveness expected on 23 April 2026.

All relevant documentation is available on the issuer’s website. The announcement was authorized by Company Secretary Liu Qing on 22 April 2026 in Beijing.
