Soft International Group Ltd (2569) announced that one of its Joint Company Secretaries, Mr. Yeung Kwong Wai, has resigned with effect from 17 November 2025. According to the announcement, there is no disagreement with the board, nor any matters that require attention from shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Concurrently, Ms. Wong Po Lam has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary on the same date, sharing responsibilities with the existing Joint Company Secretary, Ms. Ngan Ka Wai. Ms. Wong has 13 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance in Hong Kong-listed companies.
The resignation of Mr. Yeung affects a previously granted waiver regarding strict compliance with the Listing Rules. The Stock Exchange approved a new waiver until 26 March 2028, on the condition that Ms. Ngan is assisted by Ms. Wong. Before the end of the waiver period, the company must demonstrate that Ms. Ngan has gained the relevant experience needed to serve as company secretary without further waivers.
Soft International Group Ltd (2569) also announced changes to its authorised representatives. Effective 17 November 2025, Mr. Yeung will step down from these roles under both the Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules, and Ms. Wong will assume these responsibilities. The company expressed gratitude to Mr. Yeung for his contributions and welcomed Ms. Wong to her new appointments.
