HAIER SMARTHOME Nominates Xiao Yaoxi as Independent Non-Executive Director

HAIER SMARTHOME (06690) has announced that the term of its current Independent Non-Executive Director, Mr. Wang Keqin, is set to conclude after nearly six years. Following the election of a new independent non-executive director at the company's shareholders' meeting, Mr. Wang will step down from all positions within the company. The board of directors has nominated Mr. Xiao Yaoxi as an Independent Non-Executive Director for the 12th board term. His tenure will align with that of the 12th board of directors. The board has agreed to submit this proposal for deliberation and voting at the company's 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
