Shenzhen International Holdings Limited (“Shenzhen Int’l”) announced that it finalised the issuance of its 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 3 on 17 July 2026. The tranche totals RMB1.00 billion with a fixed coupon of 1.72% and a five-year tenor.
The transaction forms part of the company’s RMB10.00 billion debt-financing programme registered with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. Including this latest issuance, Shenzhen Int’l has now raised an aggregate RMB8.00 billion through the platform: • 2024 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 1: RMB4.00 billion • 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 1: RMB1.00 billion • 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 2: RMB2.00 billion • 2026 Medium-Term Notes Tranche 3: RMB1.00 billion
Documentation related to Tranche 3 is available on the China Money website (www.chinamoney.com.cn) and the Shanghai Clearing House website (www.shclearing.com.cn).
The issuance leaves RMB2.00 billion of the original registration quota still unutilised. The board released the information on 20 July 2026, with Joint Company Secretary Liu Wangxin signing on behalf of the company.
