MINIEYE (02431) announced that on November 25, 2025, the company formally entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Xinji'ao Automobile Co., Ltd. (Xinji'ao Auto) and Zhejiang Binghuodi Technology Service Co., Ltd. (Binghuodi). The three parties will leverage market demand as the guiding principle, fully integrate their core capabilities in autonomous driving technology, manufacturing, and operational management, and establish a comprehensive strategic partnership. Together, they aim to complete the design, production, and delivery of 800 unmanned logistics vehicles that meet automotive-grade standards and possess market competitiveness, thereby achieving economies of scale and establishing a leading industry position in products and branding.
Under the agreement, the collaboration will focus on the R&D, manufacturing, and commercial application of unmanned logistics vehicles, guided by the principles of "strategic cooperation, complementary advantages, and mutual success." Key areas of cooperation include: 1. MINIEYE will be responsible for the R&D and upgrading of vehicle and autonomous driving technology, providing system integration and support, as well as developing and maintaining the vehicle management platform and operational software. It will also oversee software technical support and services for the unmanned vehicles. 2. Xinji'ao Auto will handle the maintenance and upgrading of intelligent connected vehicle hardware, along with the production of core components such as upper-mounted parts and chassis assemblies, in accordance with MINIEYE’s technical standards and process requirements. 3. Binghuodi will act as the sales agent and operator for unmanned logistics vehicles, managing sales, leasing, and transportation services while providing maintenance and after-sales support. 4. The parties have agreed to scale deployment by integrating manufacturing systems and operational resources to achieve the large-scale deployment of 800 unmanned logistics vehicles across multiple scenarios, improving logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
The three parties possess complementary strengths in their respective fields, laying a solid foundation for cooperation and promising broad development prospects. This collaboration aims to break traditional industry barriers and promote the large-scale application of autonomous driving technology in urban logistics distribution.
The board believes that the agreement will enable resource and technology synergies. Leveraging MINIEYE’s full-stack in-house L4 autonomous driving technology and mass-production experience, combined with Xinji'ao Auto’s manufacturing capabilities and Binghuodi’s operational network, the partnership will effectively reduce logistics costs, providing the industry with a replicable model for cost efficiency and supporting the development of a smart logistics ecosystem.
